The Hotel Manager position is a great opportunity to travel and work in the Cruise and Hospitality Industry. We are looking for Hotel General Managers who want to take the next step in their career and be challenged in all areas of hospitality and guest service. In this position you are responsible for the overall guest satisfaction onboard and are directly responsible for the Hotel Department's performance. Hotel Managers ensure a memorable experience for our guests. American Cruise Lines' Hotel Managers work four to six weeks onboard our ships and have two weeks off. Travel arrangements to and from the ship are provided. 

Seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to manage the onboard activities and personnel aboard our expanding fleet of riverboats. The Hotel Operations Manager is a senior level, shore-side manager and directly responsible for the performance of onboard Hotel Managers and all shipboard hotel and restaurant departments. Key responsibilities include management of all hotel services including housekeeping, restaurant operations, passenger satisfaction and quality control. This position may be based at the American Cruise Lines' home office in Guilford, CT or remotely in Seattle, WA or New Orleans, LA. The Hotel Operations Manager will enjoy frequent travel to company vessels to supervise and train shipboard managers and liaise with passengers.
