Begin your journey in Sacramento, California’s capital, also known as the “farm-to-fork” Capital because of its 40 local farmers markets and produce shipped all over the nation.

Day 3 - San Francisco, CA/ Vallejo, CA

San Francisco is a city of inspiration and the only city in the world with cable cars, an orange bridge, and a floating prison. Travel by ferry to Alcatraz Island and explore this notorious landmark.

In the afternoon, explore Golden Gate Park museums and gardens, concluding your day, with a delightful dessert at the world-famous Ghirardelli Square.

Day 4 - Cruising Napa River

Spend the morning cruising the San Pablo Bay, a scenic area which is an important feeding and nursery area for a variety of marine fish species, including striped bass and salmon. Experience a sense of solitude as you view vast stretches of lush pickleweed marsh and mudflat as far as the eye can see.

Whether you are an avid birder or just a general nature lover, the Napa River is full of native creatures, including Snowy Egrets, Great Blue Herons, otters, beavers, deer, rabbits, turtles, and beavers. You might even see a harbor porpoise on its way up the tidal section of the river.

In the afternoon arrive in Napa and visit Trefethen Family Vineyards. Be treated to the the quintessential Napa Valley experience including a wine tasting in a rustic beautiful space.
