Travel Agents may take-over bookings within 14 days of the initial deposit.
Only the original travel agent may take over an onboard booking.
Any cancellation must be received via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot take cancellations over the phone.
We allow you to select an itinerary and date that's convenient for you. We approve on a case by case basis starting 60 days prior to the date of sail. We require any agents applying for FAMs complete our certification courses and submit the form found here along with an image of your IATA, CLIA per the instructions found on the form.
We would love to invite you aboard for a tour of our ship when we are in port. You can select the region and timeframe for Ship Inspections here and we will contact you shortly before the selected date to arrange your visit depending on availability and COVID protocols in place at that time.
I have changed agencies and would like to move my client's booking from my former agency to my current one, how do I do this?
The previous agency must send a formal release of the booking to email@example.com prior to final payment.
Email any agency changes to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your agents can either register here or you can email a complete list of whomever you would like to be added under your agency to email@example.com.
