Diversity is the hallmark of this national park, with its incredible range of precipitation and elevation, as well as many different ecosystems, including glacier-capped mountains, old-growth temperate rainforests, and over 70 miles of wild coastline. Encompassing nearly a million acres, the park protects a vast wilderness as well as thousands of years of human history. Visit Hurricane Ridge, one of its most popular destinations, where you can witness some of the best vista views of the park.
